June 23, 2023 Membership Meeting

Where: 205 N. Michigan Ave., 21st Floor, and on Zoom
When: Friday, June 23 starting at 7:00 PM Central
The June 23rd membership meeting will be held in a hybrid format, online on Zoom and at 205 N. Michigan on the 21st floor.
To attend in person, please bring a photo ID and check in with the 205/225 N. Michigan security desk to obtain a pass to the 21st floor.
Please consider masking to protect the health of your union siblings, and please attend via Zoom rather than in-person if experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other contagious illness.
Food will be provided!
How to Attend by Zoom:
Registration is required. Please provide a personal phone number if you’ll be accessing the Zoom audio by phone or to connect to the meeting by phone.
If you wish to have personal pronouns reflected in your participant name, please include them in the registration field for last name, like this: Lastname (pronoun/pronoun). You can also add pronouns to your Zoom account profile; find instructions on that here.
Your registration will be reviewed against the Local’s membership list before it’s approved. Non-members will be directed to sign up electronically before their registration is confirmed, at https://www.afscme31.org/join/
If you are a member who has not received a message confirming your Zoom registration by 6 p.m. on the day of the membership meeting, please email the local at afscme.local1215@gmail.com.
